RR Donnelley Launches ECoM™ - Enterprise Communications Management

Chicago and London – RR Donnelley & Sons (NYSE:RRD) has announced that its Global Document Solutions (GDS) offering, a leading provider of outsourcing services for customer communications management, has launched ECoM™ (Enterprise Communications Management), an innovative multi-service solution. ECoM provides a complete range of outbound and inbound outsourcing services to optimise the preparation, production, delivery and processing of customer communications across multiple channels including documents, email, web and SMS.
