Outsourcing services

HR Access Employee Services cover a broad range of HR outsourcing services based on HRa Suite 7, from application management to full-service BPO, all of which draw on our global and mutualised platform, the HR Access ESP (Employer Services Platform). This platform, used by all our clients, allows us to make strong commitments in terms of performance, availability, security and service continuity.

Three service levels with varying degrees of commitment are available to meet widely ranging customer needs in terms of processing or managed services.

• Run services: HR Access provides access to a fully functional core HR and payroll engine through a scalable, high-performance IT infrastructure; HR Access experts are responsible for anticipatory application maintenance and compliance, and processes the data supplied by the customer under its responsibility
• Operate services: HR Access dispatches an expert team responsible for executing predefined back-office business processes, from data entry to the generation of final outputs; HR Access is responsible for monitoring the overall quality and lead-time of the process, while customers remain responsible for the regulatory compliance of information supplied to HR Access
• Manage services: HR Access counsels customers and manages all HR events throughout the duration of employment by applying predefined business processes; HR Access is accountable for the entire end-to-end process and responsible for the quality, lead-time and delivery of final results
