INSEAD is one of the world's largest top-tier business schools with campuses located in Fontainebleau near Paris and Singapore. In a typical year, over 8,000 executives representing 100 nationalities in around 90 countries participate in INSEAD executive education programmes.

CONSULTING AND COACHING FOR CHANGE

This programme helps change agents incorporate the psychoanalytical dimension into their organisational change initiatives or coaching. Using a clinical approach, it builds understanding and clarity on people and organisations.

Participants gain new approaches to resolving issues of human behaviour and develop insights into the people issues that affect business performance. They leave better equipped to guide change processes within the organisation and having developed personally.

THE CHALLENGE OF LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The Challenge of Leadership programme improves senior executives' understanding of how their behaviour, and that of others, affects the functioning of their organisation by dealing with processes outside the recommended models.

The programme creates a learning community in which executives feel uninhibited to discuss personal motivations, ambitions, values and emotions. Participants learn how to make effective decisions by paying attention to the emotional side of management.

THE ADVANCED MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

The Advanced Management Programme is an opportunity for senior executives to recharge their batteries and develop their leadership skills. Focusing on impact, this high-level international forum challenges business leaders both personally and professionally.

Through interaction with international and diverse peers as well as with senior INSEAD faculty, it expands their business repertoire to include new concepts, paradigms and practices.

Executives spend from three days to six weeks immersed in the unique INSEAD environment. The venue may be our Singapore campus, our Europe campus near Paris or another business centre. Challenging yet creative, the time spent with us will be both enriching and enlightening.
