Two-day executive workout programmes

In today's competitive market it’s more important than ever for your organisation to develop and retain the best talent. Yet time and budget constraints have never been tighter.

That's why London Business School has extended its portfolio by creating Executive Workouts, a series of new two-day programmes that cover specific business issues concisely and intensively. The programmes are guaranteed to quickly generate inspiration and ideas to address specific business issues, leaving executives with solutions that can immediately be put into action back in the workplace.

The first programme, Coaching for Performance, will run in early December 2008. This will be followed by seven more programmes in 2009. Programmes include – Strategic Decision Making, Unlocking your Client's Strategy, Growing your Business, Corporate Governance: Managing the Board of Directors, Pricing for Profit, Making Strategy Happen and Realising Business Performance through IT.

General management and leadership programmes

Organisations need inspiring business leaders who can motivate their teams to achieve even higher levels of performance. The ability to motivate and inspire your teams rests in your hands. Our general management and leadership programmes are for leaders at different transition stages in their career.

Senior executive programme

Senior executive programme participants have responsibility for determining the future direction of their organisation and inspiring the individuals with whom they work. The programme is a results-oriented exploration of three key themes challenging executives across the globe: strategy, leadership and transformation.

A four-week programme designed for high-calibre senior executives who want an intensive, general management experience to invigorate their ability to lead, inspire and shape the future of their organisation. Participants typically bring more than fifteen years of relevant management expertise.

This is a four-week block programme offered on the following dates:

• 7 September - 10 October 2008
• 1 February - 27 February 2009
• 7 June - 3 July 2009
• 27 September - 23 October 2009

Proteus leadership training programme

Proteus is a six-day unconventional leadership programme that draws on creative encounters to inspire leaders. The programme allows participants to expand their mental horizons and rethink the future for themselves and their organisation.

The programme is for business leaders and top professionals in the mid to late stages of their career. Through an exploration of economic, scientific, cultural and environmental influence you will consider your future and the vision of your organisation. The programme seeks to help you answer the question: ‘what will be your legacy?’

The courses will be offered 7 - 13 June 2009.
