Mindpearl has been named the 'Outsource Contact Centre Provider of the Year 2013' at the National Outsourcing (NOA) Awards.
Winners for the NOA Awards were announced at an official award ceremony which took place on Thursday 24th October 2013 at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London.
The National Association for Outsourcing (NOA) is known as the centre of excellence for outsourcing in the UK and Europe.
"This is a huge honour to win and to be selected from a shortlist containing some of the best known names in outsourcing makes this a significant milestone for Mindpearl. We are thrilled and extremely proud of this result and are delighted to accept this accolade on behalf of all our employees across the globe who have helped make this possible," says Alan Graham, chief commercial officer at Mindpearl.
William Pattison, chief executive officer at Mindpearl, also won an award on the night for his contribution to outsourcing 'People Choice Award A List'.
