Cris Collie

Cris Collie, chief executive officer of Worldwide ERC, has been guiding the organisation since 1972, and has grown the business from a 300-member US-centric organisation to a global community of over 13,000 members from 65 countries. Worldwide ERC specialises in global workforce mobility issues; conducts research and provides education on mobility best practices, family issues and US and global workforce trends. Worldwide ERC also develops industry and global certification programs and offers meeting programs in multiple countries.

Under Cris's leadership, Worldwide ERC established the Coalition-center for governmental issues; introduced the Worldwide ERC Foundation for Workforce Mobility, and expanded its presence from its Washington, DC, headquarters to include offices in Brussels, Belgium and Shanghai, China.

Cris recently served as a member of the Governmentwide Relocation Advisory Board, and as chairman of the Destination Marketing Association International Foundation. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Professional Convention Management Association (where he served as a member of the executive committee), and is a former chairman of the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives. He also sits on the board of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Advisory Board for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
