As well as being the chairman of the Institutional Money Market Funds Association, Donald Aiken is currently head of cash services at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and is responsible for the strategy, performance and business development of the cash management and money market fund activities.

He is also a director for the SWIP Global Liquidity Fund plc. He has almost 30 years' experience in the financial services industry in a variety of roles.

Prior to joining Scottish Widows, he spent 22 years with Clydesdale Bank plc where he worked in treasury management and latterly, was a corporate banking manager responsible for a portfolio of large corporate and institutional clients within the UK.
