Paul Randall, Head of Employee Benefits and Incentives, Ashurst
Paul Randall is a partner in London and head of employee benefits and incentives. He specialises in advising companies, wherever based, on the design, implementation and operation of executive and employee equity share acquisition plans throughout the world, employee benefit trusts and performance related remuneration.
He is frequently involved in the share plan aspects of management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and company reorganisations.
In addition to advising on the legal and regulatory considerations arising in this area of practice, Paul has a particular interest in and knowledge of the applicable corporate governance implications. This is an area in which he works closely with Ashurst's employment practice, especially where directors' training is being provided.
Paul received an LLB from King's College and has been a partner since 1995.
