Rajeev Sawhney joined HCL in 1980 and was one of the early members of the founding team. He is currently Corporate Vice President of HCL Great Britain and heads up the European operations.

The Indian Association for IT and ITES have nominated him as the Convenor of the UK Chapter of NASSCOM.
