Rob Carter is executive vice president and CIO at FedEx Corporation. He also serves as chairman of FedEx Kinko and CEO of FedEx Customer Information Services. Carter joined FedEx in 1993 and has nearly 30 years of systems development and implementation experience, utilising a wide variety of technology.

He holds a BA in computer and information sciences from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

He is a member of Saks, Inc's board of directors, the University of Florida Foundation's board of trustees and sits on the First Horizon National Corporation's board of directors.
