Robert founded Brimstone Consulting Group with Bob Marcus in 2001.
Prior to starting Brimstone, Robert spent five years as president and chief operating officer of Grand Circle Travel (GCT) and also founded Pinnacle Leadership and Teamwork Development, which merged with GCT.
From 1990 to 1993, Robert served as director of the Global Leadership Program (GLP) at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
