Richard Smith has over 17 years' experience within the field of employment law and HR. He has extensive advocacy experience and has presented cases in both employment tribunals and the employment appeal tribunal.

He holds an LLM in Law and Employment Relations and an LLB in Business Law.

Prior to joining Croner, Richard was the principal legal officer to a regional association of the Engineering Employers Federation.

Richard regularly comments on employment law and HR-related matters for the media and has most recently appeared on CNN News.
