Identifying Good Leadership Talent

As a CEO, one of your biggest challenges is identifying others with real leadership capability to manage and motivate the teams throughout your organisation. This can be far more difficult than it sounds. Some leadership characteristics that appear to be desirable, such as confidence, can easily be feigned and the effect of the feigned self-confident leader can be substantially negative.
