The Grichan Partnership's Business Winning Services Team recently embarked on an extensive pan sector study into the reasons behind why bids fail in order to inform the services we provide to our clients. This abridged paper is a short synopsis of our findings.
While it states that cost is undeniably a significant factor, and that offering economically attractive bids can help, it also discovered that a number of other factors have large roles to play in the success of a bid. These reasons are listed in the white paper, and include:
