London - RR Donnelley’s Global Document Solutions, a leading provider of outsourcing services for customer communications management, has announced that it has recruited a new director, Peter Swann, to help drive the company's next growth phase for its professional services portfolio. Swann has a wealth of consulting and operational management experience gained from senior roles with Diageo, WS Atkins, BNP Paribas and PWC.
Swann takes charge of a multi-disciplinary team of over 100 people that includes consultants, solution architects, business analysts, project managers and change managers. He explains, "The professional services group is responsible for a wide variety of value adding client facing activities ranging from pre-sales consultancy, through to solution design, project implementation and change management. Within Global Document Solutions the professional services group is very much viewed as a key growth driver and I am looking forward to the challenge of helping the organisation further enhance its reputation in the customer communications management arena."
