Aegis , a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider and part of the Essar Group, today announced that, in a contest conducted by Aegis and with support from a major healthcare client, sales representative Nick Gonzales emerged the winner of a drawing for a new car. In a ceremony held on Thursday, February 17, Gonzales, from the Irving Service Delivery Center, was awarded a 2010 Dodge Avenger.
Every agent earned a certain number of entries into the drawing based on their enrollment numbers for the period from November 15 to December 31, 2010. Among the qualifying criteria for the contest was a 100% attendance record and a quality score of at least 95%. More than 400 agents from the Aegis location on Ridgepoint Drive in Irving, Texas, participated in the contest.
It was a whirlwind 24 hours for Nick Gonzales. Just the night before the ceremony, his wife gave birth to the couple’s first son, also named Nick.
John Bonnot, Jeff Mues, and Marvin Bond from the Irving chamber of commerce, as well as Irving deputy mayor pro tem Rick Stopfer attended the event.
