Hangzhou Gulf Information Port Crowned as China's Most Attractive Science and Technology Park on Outsourcing Service

Hangzhou Gulf Information Port has gained much attention from the industry since it was officially set up on 27 February. It was prized with the honour of being named as China's Most Attractive Science and Technology Park on Outsourcing Service by the Annual Meeting of the China Outsourcing Champions, hosted by China Outsourcing, a subordinate organization of Ministry of Commerce of China, on March 22, 2013.

Hangzhou Gulf Information Port featuring on cut-edging information technology will follow a development mode composed by three parts: the new generation of information technology, innovation service industry and headquarter economy.

It only admits office-working companies while it forbids the entrance of pollution enterprises.

At present, Hangzhou Gulf Information Port is busy to speed up its preparation for the formal operation; meanwhile the investment promotion is also on its way. So far many companies from the 500 Fortune, software and service outsourcing industry and innovation sectors have fixed their settlements here.

Hangzhou Gulf Information Port is located at northwest of Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its planned scale is 2.65 hectares and the building area is 20,000 square kilometers. It will start a trial operation in October, 2013.
